Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy defines the general terms for the processing and protection of personal data of users collected in the course of receiving services.
General Provisions
1.1. Before filling out a special form on the Website and/or paying for services provided by the Contractor, the User must read the provisions of this Privacy Policy and provide their explicit consent to the processing of their personal data.
1.2. The User’s consent to the processing of their personal data is provided electronically by checking the relevant box when filling out a special form on the Website or by paying for the Contractor’s services. The User’s consent to the processing of their personal data may also be expressed through conclusive actions, in particular by continuing to use the Website after the User has been required to read this Privacy Policy.
1.3. The User must discontinue the use of the Website if they do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1.4. The owner and controller of personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy is JDG ROMAN CHYKHICHYN.

2.1. The terms and concepts used in this Privacy Policy shall have the following meanings:

User – an individual who uses the Website.
Contractor – JDG ROMAN CHYKHICHYN, acting as the owner and controller of Users’ personal data.
2.2. Headings in this Privacy Policy are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
2.3. If any terms or concepts are used in this Privacy Policy that are not defined in this section, such terms or concepts shall be interpreted in accordance with the text of this Privacy Policy. In the absence of a clear interpretation of a term or concept, it shall be interpreted based on the commonly accepted meaning of such terms and concepts on the Internet.
Data That May Be Collected
3.1. The following information about the User may be collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy:

3.2. The Contractor may automatically collect non-personal information about the User, meaning information that does not allow direct or indirect identification of the User, including information about the User’s browser type or the website from which the User navigated to the Website.
Purpose of Processing and Retention Period of Personal Data
4.1. The User’s full name, phone number, and email address are collected for the purpose of organizing and facilitating cooperation between the User and the Contractor, in particular for the provision of services by the Contractor to the User. Such information is stored for one year after the User’s last payment for the Contractor’s services.
4.2. The User’s email address and phone number are collected for communication with the User, including for providing advertising and promotional information regarding the Contractor’s activities. Such information is stored for three years after the payment for the Contractor’s services.
The User has the right to unsubscribe at any time from receiving SMS and email messages containing the information specified in this clause.
4.3. Information about Cookies, the User’s IP address, and User behavior on the Website is collected to adapt marketing and advertising activities displayed on the Website or third-party services and to monitor general and individual user activity. Such information is stored for one year after the User’s last visit to the Website.
4.4. The Contractor does not collect or process the User’s payment data. Such collection and processing are carried out in accordance with the internal documents of the partner payment system and/or the partner bank.
User Rights
5.1. The User has the right to:
5.1.1. know the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of processing, the location or residence (place of stay) of the owner or controller of personal data, or to give a relevant instruction to authorized persons to obtain such information, except as provided by law;
5.1.2. receive information on the conditions of access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred;
5.1.3. access their personal data;
5.1.4. receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, unless otherwise provided by law, a response confirming whether their personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
5.1.5. submit a reasoned request to the owner of personal data objecting to the processing of their personal data;
5.1.6. submit a reasoned request for the modification or deletion of their personal data to any owner and controller of personal data if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
5.1.7. protection of their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of such data, as well as protection from the provision of data that is inaccurate or discredits the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual;
5.1.8. file complaints regarding the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights or with the court;
5.1.9. apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;
5.1.10. make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
5.1.11. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
5.1.12. know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
5.1.13. protection against an automated decision that has legal consequences for them.
5.2. A User who intends to exercise their rights specified in clause 5.1 of this Privacy Policy shall send their request to the following email address: triplifenadiia@gmail.com. Such a request shall be reviewed by the Contractor within 10 days from the moment of receipt.
Access to Personal Data by Third Parties
6.1. Users’ personal data may be transferred to third parties in the following cases:
6.1.1. with the User’s written consent;
6.1.2. in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine and this Privacy Policy;
6.1.3. if it is necessary to transfer data to the Contractor’s partners (counterparties, etc.) for the purpose of performing transactions (fulfilling obligations) related to the User.
6.2. The Contractor reserves the right to provide anonymized data to any third parties.
6.3. The User agrees and gives consent to the transfer of their personal data to a third party, including a legal entity registered under the laws of a foreign state, for the purpose of providing such person with a platform for the provision of services by the Contractor, in the volume necessary for the performance of the agreement concluded between the Contractor and the User. Processing of the User’s personal data by such third parties shall be carried out in accordance with the internal rules of such third parties. In any case, the Contractor must ensure that the measures taken by such third parties for the protection of the User’s personal data are not inferior to those taken by the Contractor.
The Customer has the right to contact the Contractor with a request sent by email: triplifenadiia@gmail.com asking for information about such third parties and their rules for processing the User’s personal data.
Confidential Information Protection Procedure
7.1. The Contractor processes personal data using legal, organizational, and technical measures to prevent accidental loss, destruction, and/or unlawful processing, including unlawful destruction or access to personal data.
7.2. Persons engaged by the Contractor for the purpose of providing services to the User have access only to those personal data that are required in the course of performing their duties.
7.3. Deletion and destruction of Users’ personal data shall be carried out in a manner that prevents further restoration of such personal data.
Other Provisions
8.1. The Contractor has the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Privacy Policy without notifying the User. Amendments to the Privacy Policy shall take effect from the moment they are published on the Website.
8.2. If any of these Rules are declared invalid by a competent state authority of Ukraine, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions of these Rules, which shall remain fully in force unless otherwise provided by the legislation of Ukraine.
8.3. Disputes arising between the Parties regarding the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations.
8.4. Disputes between the Parties that are not resolved through negotiations shall be settled by a competent court of Ukraine in accordance with the procedural legislation of Ukraine.
