User Agreement

General Provisions

This document, the "User Agreement", constitutes an offer by JDG ROMAN CHYKHICHYN (hereinafter referred to as the "Rights Holder") to enter into a paid agreement for information and consulting services by submitting an application and booking a training course under the terms set out below.

Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement and the Mandatory Documents referenced herein, or if you do not have the legal right to enter into the Agreement based on them, you must immediately stop using the Service.

1.1. In this document and in the relations of the Parties arising from or related to it, the following terms and definitions are used:

a) Service – a set of functional capabilities of the Rights Holder’s software and hardware solutions, including the Website and Content, which the User is granted access to for the purpose of receiving informational services.

b) Website – an automated information system available on the Internet at (including subdomains):

c) User – you and/or any other person on whose behalf you have entered into this Agreement with the Rights Holder in accordance with applicable law and this Agreement.

d) Content – any informational materials, including text, graphic, audiovisual, and other materials accessible through the Service.

1.2. Your use of the Service in any way or form beyond its declared functionality, including but not limited to:

  • viewing Content within the Service;

  • subscribing to newsletters;

  • sending messages via online forms on the Website;

  • contacting Website support using the details provided on the Website;

  • submitting an application to book a selected training course via online forms on the Website;

  • making payments for ordered or received services through the payment tools available on the Website.

1.3. By using any of the above Service capabilities, you confirm that:

a) You have fully read and understood the terms of this Agreement and the Mandatory Documents referenced herein before beginning to use the Service.
b) You fully and unconditionally accept the terms of this Agreement and the Mandatory Documents referenced herein, agree to comply with them, and will discontinue use of the Service if you do not agree.

2. General Terms of Service Use

2.1. A mandatory condition of entering into this Agreement is the full and unconditional acceptance and compliance by the User with the requirements and provisions of the following documents (“Mandatory Documents”):

a) Privacy Policy, published and/or available on the Internet at:

which contains the rules for providing and using confidential information, including the User’s personal data.

2.2. The Rights Holder has the right to set limits and introduce other technical restrictions on the use of the Service. Such limitations may be communicated to Users from time to time in a manner chosen by the Rights Holder.

Restrictions

By agreeing to this Agreement, you understand and acknowledge that:

3.1. Consumer protection legislation does not apply to the Parties’ relationship where the Service is provided free of charge.

3.2. The Service is provided for informational and consulting purposes on an “as is” basis. Therefore, the User is not provided with guarantees that the Service will meet all User expectations; will be uninterrupted (except within the schedule set by the Rights Holder), fast, reliable, or error-free; that the results obtained using the Service will be accurate or reliable; that the quality of any product, service, information, or Content obtained via the Service will meet the User’s expectations; or that all errors in the Content and/or software of the Service will be corrected.

3.3. Since the Service is subject to ongoing development and updates of its functionality, the form and nature of the provided services may change without prior notice to the User. The Rights Holder reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue (temporarily or permanently) the provision of the Service (or any of its functions) to all Users or to you individually, without prior notice, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement with the User.

3.4. The User shall not, independently or with the involvement of third parties:

  • copy (reproduce) in any form or by any means, the software, databases, or any of their elements, and the Content that forms part of the Rights Holder’s Service, without prior written permission of the owner;

  • reverse engineer, emulate, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or perform any similar actions regarding the Service;

  • create software products and/or services using the Service without the prior consent of the Rights Holder.

3.5. If you find errors in the operation of the Service or in the Content posted on it, please report this to the Rights Holder using the contact details provided in the Website’s support section.

4. Other Provisions

4.1. This Agreement may be amended or terminated by the Rights Holder unilaterally without prior notice to the User and without any compensation as a result.
